- Accomplishments include: making our subdivision regulations more rigorous, adopting regulations for East Haddam Village and for the area around Shagbark which will preserve the character of these neighborhoods, adopting the Eight Mile River study recommendations and completing drafting an updated Plan of Conservation and Development.
- There is more to be done, importantly including division regulations which will ensure that any new development must maintain prevailing neighborhood character. I look forward to the challenge.
